Wow, these pants use to fit me two months ago! Comments like that made me wonder what happened? How did I gain all this extra weight? So, let me share with you how I lost my weight. First, I thought about finding a quick and easy way to loss the weight. Now, I know many of you are laughing and thinking there isn't a way to easy weight loss.
But what if weight loss could be easy? What if you didn't have to struggle to lose a few pounds?
Well my easy weight loss brick hit me when I went to a seminar hosted by Jay Kordich. At the seminar, he explained the benefits of fresh fruit and vegetable juicing, and how specific juice combinations could help your body cleanse and repair itself. Plus, how juicing could help with strengthening you're heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs. But what really got my attention were the words "lose weight and lower cholesterol naturally."
And I knew that I had found an easy weight loss method.

How I Lost Weight
So how did I lose the weight?First I bought the book Juiceman's Power of Juicing, then I looked up the juicing recipes that I was interested in. After I picked up the supplies that I needed at the local grocery store, and proceeded to follow his directions. I rinsed the fruits and vegetables before juicing them, like the Rinsing Instructions stated.
The next morning, I started my day with a light breakfast (example: bowl of Oatmeal or toast/bagel etc.) along with an 8oz. glass of fruit juice using a Fruit Juice Recipe.
Then, I would juice a Vegetable Recipe, using enough vegetables to fill a quart jar so that I could enjoy it throughout my workday. I would drink 8 ounces on my first break, followed by a light lunch. The remaining 8 ounces of vegetable juice would be my refreshing beverage for my second work break. By having this extra charge of nutrients, I started to exercise after work by going for a walk. I started slow and increased the distant each week.
That evening, I would eat a normal supper, which included a salad. And later that night, I would make a small glass of either fruit or vegetable juice.
This is the basics of how I used what I call the easy weight loss method.

****Morning Recipe:
- Thick Slice of Pineapple-remove skin.
- 2-3 Oranges.
- Handful of Strawberries.
- 1/4 Grapefruit
- I used a hand-blender to blend in one banana.
Easy Weight Loss Recipes
****Daily Recipe:
- 6-8 Carrots-remove 1-inch from top.
- 2-3 Apples
- Handful of Parsley.
- Handful of Spinach.
- Every few days add 1/2 Beet.

Rinsing Instructions.
It is a good idea to get into the habit of rinsing your fruits and vegetables before juicing. With organic fruits and vegetables, all you may have to do is rinse.But you may want to soak other fruits and vegetables, which may have been sprayed with pesticides and preservatives, this way.
Fill your sink with cold water, add the juice of half a lemon, plus one tablespoon of salt.
- Leafy fruits and vegetables soak for 2 minutes.
- Hard fruits and vegetables soak for 10 minutes.
- Rinse all items well.
According to Jay Kordich this will remove pesticides and preservatives from the produce.
